Known as “Nilgiri Tailam” in Hindi (Nil means blue, Giri means mountain, Tailam means oil), this oil is extracted from Eucalyptus trees growing abundantly in the magical Nilgiri Mountain range in Southern India. For centuries, this oil has been used as first aid in joint pains and colds by the locals. Three main properties make this oil a favourite among essential oils – its cooling effect, head/nose clearing & anti-inflammatory characteristics. Natural insect repellent. Extracted from the leaves of the eucalyptus globules. Hair Care-Eucalyptus oil’s anti-fungal properties keep scalp healthy and its insecticidal properties get rid of hair lice. HOW TO USE: Mix a few drops into your regular carrier oil and gently massage into the scalp. Wash after an hour. For Cough & Cold-Useful in clearing the throat and the nasal tract of the mucus and congestion. HOW TO USE: For cold relief, add 10 drops of in hot water and inhale. To soothe the cough and sore throat, mix 5 drops in a tbsp of carrier oil and rub on chest and throat. Usage:- Aromatherapy, customer massage & body oils, vaporizers, diffusers, oil burners, inhalation, perfume, blends, spa and home care. Precautions:- 1.
